Nice view from our Emirates flight to Melbourne on the 18th Jan 2013. I think we were over central Australia at this point.

We have never travelled with so much luggage before, I was almost embarrassed walking through the airport and pulling up at hotels. See what a baby does to you! Still it was for month of travelling and included a car seat and a pushchair. We have now turned into those people that others look at and tut.

I thought Katy was going to explode with excitement when we saw wild Koalas just above us, as we were driving along. Obviously we had to stop and take 7 million photos, not that he was that bothered. I must admit, they are quite cute looking though!

And his mate over the road.

This was a little pit stop we had on route to Apollo Bay. This is Split Point lighthouse and the tearooms on the right-hand side had some cracking cakes and milkshakes.

I knew they had dangerous animals like snakes and spiders in Oz, but never knew of dinosaur kangeroos or flying bat creature things. Not to worry though, there were obviously only injured ones on this road!

Katy took this photo whilst we were driving the Great Ocean Road. I like the symmetry between the road and the rails. I am sure there would be at least a fence between them in the UK! Cracking shot under the conditions Kates.

The 12 Apostles on the Great Ocean Road just south of Melbourne. Man it was hot this day.

Just a light lunch at the Domaine Chandon Winery, it hit the spot I'll tell you!

This was a lovely sunset at Phillip Island, where we watched the Penguins come up on the shore to roost for the night.

Never thought we'd see this!

Or at night!
